A software for calculating and comparing properties of heat transfer fluids
The software offers approximation equations for physical properties of a large number of heat transfer fluids.
It consists of several workbooks based on Microsoft Excel and offers a wide range of options for calculating and comparing properties or for using the approximation equations in your own calculations.
The software is being developed by S. Würz Engineering & IT and is distributed by the Vogel Communications Group.
On this page, you find the summary of video tutorials and the link to the download shop where you find even more information and details.

There are video tutorials for the key functions of the program and the installation. Simply click on a video link and a new tab will open with the video on YouTube.
Tutorial - How to calculate properties?
~1.5 minutes
Start the program, choose a fluid and a temperature. Not much more is needed to get startet. Please see for yourself.
Tutorial - How to copy and paste a calculation block?
~1.25 minutes
Instead of looking up properties manually, simply copy the calculations in your spreadsheets.
Tutorial - How to use the data tables?
~1 minute
See how to get to the data tables and what options are available for printing or saving as PDF file.
Tutorial - How to copy use the overview?
~1.5 minutes
The overview makes navigation quite convenient and also provides handy information when looking through the numerous fluids.
Tutorial - How to use the macro templates?
~2.25 minutes
See how to implement the macro templates in a spreadsheet. No programming knowledge is needed.
Tutorial - How to to compare fluid properties in detail?
~1.5 minutes
Use the pre-defined fluid groups or create your own selection from all included fluids for comparíng properties over the fluid's temperature ranges.
